Thomas Wattes, [on behalf of the queen], v. Herbert Ward, incumbent of the rectory of Burnham Thorpe. The tithes of a messuage called the manor house of Lathes, and lands belonging to it, formerly parcel of the possessions of the priory of Walsingham, and now farmed by the plaintiff from Sir Thomas Hennage, kt, and of certain other lands. Whether the said messuage and lands are in Burnham Overy alias Burnham St Clements or Burnham Thorpe, and whether the messuage is called the parsonage house of St Clements? Whether the tithes of the South Field used to be divided between the abbots of Wymondham and the owners of Lathes? The right of the inhabitants of Burnham Overy to have shack for their cattle in the South Field. Norf.
