[Blank] v. Thomas Hanford. Tracing the descent of the manor of Wollashull from John Vampage to the defendant. The three sisters and co-heirs of the said Vampage were married respectively to Thomas Harewell of Besforde, Worcs, William Hyckforde of Dyxston, Glos, and a Mr Gyes. One third part of the manor descended to Edmund, son of the said Thomas Harewell, and was by him conveyed to the defendant; one other third part went to Margaret, daughter of the said William Hyckforde, and wife of the defendant; the remaining third, of the wife of the said Gyes, was conveyed to Sir Thomas Boscarvill, kt, and by him to the defendant.
