The queen v. Richard Burley. Two deeds made by William Burley of Middleton, Hants, deceased: one being a demise to George Burley of Whistley, Wilts, of all his manor or capital messuage of Deverellangbridge, together with all his site and capital messuage of the manor of Deverell Hussey, Wilts, and of divers other lands and tenements lying in Wiltshire, and also purporting an absolute bargain and sale of all his estate and term in the farm of Middleton, Hants, and of other leases in Hampshire, together with all William's goods and chattels; the other being a declaration of the conditions and provisoes under which the first-mentioned deed was made. Whether the said deeds (which were both antedated) were made bona fide, or upon trust to the use of the said William Burley, and were made to defraud the queen of a debt due to her? Wilts & Hants.
