George Jackson v. John Bluett. Alleged contempt of an injunction directing the defendant to suffer the plaintiff, queen's farmer, quietly to enjoy certain lands and tenements in Harlaxton, termed in the said injunction wastes or waste lands. Claim of thedefendant to part of the said lands; enclosures made by him. Asserting that if there be any wastes in Harlaxton, he is lord of them. Lincs.
