Description

[Walter Coning v. John Young.] Wheat bought from John Young by John Coning. Bonds entered into for payment of the purchase money, by the said John Coning and Walter Coning, his father. Assignment of Walter Coning's bond to the queen by Young. A schedule of various sums of money, paid to Young or to his use, proving that both bonds are satisfied. Corn, Devon & Sussex.
