Richard Mounte v. George Woodward. Alleged waste and spoil of timber trees in that part of Windsor forest which is in Surrey. "Morte" decayed, and warrant trees, and other perquisites of the woodward of the forest. The making and repairing of bridges within the forest; stating that it has sometimes been done by the woodward, and sometimes by the surveyor of the county. Lops and tops of trees in the forest sold by the woodward for repairing the palings of Guilford Park. Surrey.
