Walter Agard v. Jasper Lamberd. Messuages and tenements in the parish of St Antholin, in Bouge Rowe, supposed to have been given by William Dawntesy, alderman of London, to the Company of Mercers of London. An annual rent of £6 13s 4d, called Boles Chauntrie rent, issuing out of the said tenements, paid to the king's collector of chantry rents, in the parish of St Antholin. What other tenements in the parishes of St Antholin and St Thomas the Apostle, and elsewhere in London, had been given by the said William Dawntesy to the said Company? London.
