William Redman, John Shipton and others v. George Rotheram and others. A grant made by the queen to William Lane and Edward Lane, of all concealed goods and debts of persons attainted of treason. A writ directing the sheriff of Bedfordshire to extend thelands of Sir Thomas Rotheram, kt, to satisfy a bond entered into by him to Thomas Cromwell, afterwards Lord Cromwell and earl of Essex, attainted of treason. Attempt made by the defendant George Rotheram, by making use of this bond, to get possession of lands in Kent, which had belonged to the said Sir Thomas Rotheram, his grandfather, by whom they had been sold to the said Lord Cromwell. Beds & Kent.
