The queen and Joseph Sydey v. Henry Clerke. False evidence alleged to have been given by the defendant in an action at the Chelmsford assizes between the plaintiff Sydey and one Roger Bredge; that he knew one Leffingwell, farmer of Steven Smethes, to occupy together with it, Busshey pasture, part of which was then in question, and also certain lands called Churnefild and Churnefild Marshe, and that then their hanged an Essex gate between Churnefilde Marshe and Busshey pasture.
