Whether Warde Marsh and Waterdale Marsh are distinct marshes, and are in Warde Marsh Valley or Brokesende Valley? Whether Brokesende Valley is taxed by the commissioners of sewers of Warde Marsh Valley? Scot paid by the whole of Warde Marsh Valley, except Upland marsh, Waterdale marsh, Waterdale meadow, and Molhill marsh, for repairing the sea wall. Cost of laying sluices to carry their water from Brokesend Valleye along, by, and through Warde marshe, borne by the occupiers of Brokesende Valley. Kent.
