[The queen v. Adam Hastling, Griffith Howell and others.] Lands in Tenby. Whether they had belonged to the hospital or the almshouse, or to the chapel of St Mary Magdalen? The title of the mayor and townsmen of Tenby to them. Alleging that the lands weregranted to the town by the earls of Pembroke, to support lepers, and that this grant was confirmed by a charter of Richard II or Richard III, to the use of the poor, for ever. An annuity of forty shillings paid by the mayor to Mr Rastall. Pemb.
