Description

[William Wylkenson, queen's farmer, v. John Bucke, parson of Midleton church.] The manor and farm of Mydelton, and 12 oxgangs of land belonging thereto, parcel of the possessions of the dissolved College of St John of Beverley. Whether the farmer of these premises is not exempted from the payment of tithes of corn and hay? Yorks.
