The queen v. Anthony Ratclyff. The manor of Threshefeyld in the parish of Lynton. Exchange made by Ratclyff and his mother with Mr Norton of the demesne lands of the said manor for a certain tenement. Alleging that it was found that this tenement was notworth as much as the demesne lands and that he re-entered upon them after the flight of Mr Norton who had taken part in the rebellion. Destruction of the hedge enclosing the More Daylles and of a spring called By banke. Yorks.
