John Frampton v. [blank]. Alleged breach of an injunction of the court of the Exchequer relating to lands, etc, in Coliton and Farewaye, by William Westofer, John Mantell, John Lugge and John Clerke. Alleged malpractices of Jno. Strowbridge, Jno. Morris and others, to obtain possession of these lands. Action for trespass by William Westofer against Jno. Marler and Mr Frampton. Sale of lands by John Strowbridge to Richard Castell. Distress levied upon the castle of John Ford. Devon.
