Description

[Edmund/Edward Vaughan v. Gryffythe Willyams.] Lands and goods seized into the queen's hands by Griffith Willyams, William Jenkyns and David John Vaughan, by virtue of a certain commission directed to them. Process issued out of the court of the Exchequer, commanding these commissioners to deliver up the same goods, etc, to Edward Vaughan. Accusation against them of detaining part of the goods. "Rescuse" made against the sheriff and under-sheriff. Glam.
