Description

Short title: Attorney General of the Duchy of Lancaster v Inge, otherwise Trustees of the Dowager Queen Catherine v Inge.

Plaintiffs: Attorney General of the Duchy of Lancaster [at the relation of Sir James Butler, heretofore Attorney General to the Queen Dowager, [Philip Stanhope] Earl of Chesterfield and others, Thomas Shaw and George Shaw, her Trustees].

Defendants: Inge, Eyre and others.

Documents: depositions concerning Bradwell, Derbyshire.

Taken 21 September, 10 Wm III, 1698.

Deponents for plaintiffs: John Spenser of Hope, husbandman, aged 26; Adam Bagshawe of Wormhill, gentleman, aged 50; Thomas Silvester of Bradwell, yeoman, aged 40 years and more; Robert Hallom of Bradwell.
