Short title: Attorney General of the Duchy of Lancaster v Bagshaw, otherwise Trustees of the Dowager Queen Catherine [of Braganza] v Bagshaw.

Plaintiffs: Attorney General at the relation of Sir James Butler Attorney General to Catherine [of Braganza], Lewis, Earl of Feversham and others, her trustees, Thomas Eyre and others.

Defendants: Bagshaw, Wingfeild and Thompson.
