Short title: Attorney General of the Duchy of Lancaster v Spateman, otherwise Earl of Devonshire v Spateman.

Plaintiffs: Attorney General of the Duchy of Lancaster [at the relation of [William Cavendish] Earl of Devonshire].

Defendants: Spateman, Barde, Whitlocke and others.

Documents: depositions concerning the role of barmaster in High Peak, Winster, Derbyshire.

Taken 18 April, 5 Wm and Mary, 1693.
