Plaintiffs: Attorney General of the Duchy of Lancaster [at the relation of Lord Willoughby and others].
Defendants: William Milnes and Robert Spencer.
Documents: Examinations taken as part of a commission concerning the contempt of a Duchy of Lancaster order between Willoughby and Milnes, regarding the possession of the Elton mines in Wirksworth, Derbyshire.
