Description

Short title: Attorney General of the Duchy of Lancaster v Allen.

Plaintiffs: Attorney General of the Duchy of Lancaster at the relation of Thomas Ashton.

Defendants: Thomas Allen.

Documents: depositions concerning the enclosure of 2 acres of land 20 years ago by George Bagshaw's father in the High Peak manor, Derbyshire.

Taken 18 April, 5 Charles I.
