Deponents for plaintiffs: Henry Bynney of Holland, yeoman, aged around 73, deposed that Bradborne drove George Mylnes out of the cottage and off the land, badly wounding him so that he almost died; Thomas Johnson of Belper, husbandman, aged 74, deposed that he knew that certain lands were chantry land as he had rented land from the chantry for 40 years. The cottage in the dispute lies on this land and the Bradbornes have no right to it; Nicholas Wyllies of the Hough, yeoman, aged around 30, deposed that 'strong hand and force' was used to remove George Mylne and his family by the Bradbornes; Thomas Beighton of Iretonwood, 'a poore man that lyveth onely of begginge and by other mens Alones', aged around 74, deposed that he knew the 2 chantry priests, both knights, and knew that they had leased the lands [a poor man that lives only of begging and by other men alone]; Richard Thacker of Iretonwood, husbandman, aged around 66; Richard Fowcher of Biging, husbandman, aged around 66.
