Plaintiffs: Sir Robert Tirwhitt.
Defendants: Richard Disney.
Documents: depositions (originally with plan) concerning the water mill at Norton Disney, and Carlton le Moorland, Lincolnshire. Rough sketch plan of lands in Norton Disney and Carlton le Moorland, to show the courses of the River Witham, with original allocations of land around the river to Norton and Carlton fields. Also shows Norton mill, high and low ground, and a willow tree. Now filed at MPC 1/254
