- mm or rots: 45 Roll 76 includes at m. 23 the trail at York on 24 March 1322 (no commission) of John de Moubray, Roger de Clifford and Gocelin de Eyvill, rebels and traitors, sentenced to be drawn and hanged; also as ms. 27 and 34 the special deliveries respectively under commission dated 26 Aughst 1320 (C.P.R. 1317-21, 540) of Thomas son of William le Skynner and others, and under commissiion dated 3 may 1318 (C.P.R. 1317-21, 178) of Robert son of Agnes de Harewode appealed by Alice Belle of Letherington.
