Description

County: London, Middx. Justices, Gaols, Nature: King's Bench [Roger le Brabazon, C.J.] sitting at trailbaston for the home counties; Newgate; Roll.

Note
mm or rots: 30 Roll 39/1 forms part of the proceedings of Brabazon's King's Bench trailbaston circuit and ought to have been placed with the other rolls of the circuit in class Just. Itin. 1. The delivery of 1305 was carried out by the King's Bench; tha t of 1306 by Peter Mallore and Ralph de Sandwich under the trailbaston and gaol delivery commission of 16 July 1306. The names of the London wards and Middlesex hundreds are marginated.
