- mm or rots: 2 File 23/6 belongs properly to the class of King's Bench Ancient Indictments (K.B.9), but has been among gaol delivery records at least since the early 19th century, (Obsolete Index 600, p.205). The enrolment of the delivery is on the King' s Bench plea roll for 28 Edward III Michaelmas (K.B. 27/377), Rex section, m. xxix (29). There is a file of presentments for the same session, K.B. 9/38.
