Description

St.Stephen's, Coleman Street, London - charities. Attorney General v. William Webster and Others. Many charities existed in St.Stephen's Parish. They included Eyre's, Floyd's and Capp's, the Cow Cross Estate, the Whitehose Inn and the Parish Estates. A decision had to be made what trusts each property was subject to and a Scheme provided for the regulation of the various Charities.
