Weir Hospital Charity, Streatham: Benjamin Weir, decd: Mayor, Aldermen etc of the Borough of Wandsworth v. The Charity Commissioners. Appeal against Scheme of 1908 as prepared by the Commissioners. Scheme set aside by Court of Appeal on the grounds that it did not comply with the wishes of the testator as set forth in his Will. Papers include maps and plans of the area and buildings involved.
