West Indies Sugar Factory, Antigua. Secretary of State for the Colonies and the West Indian Central Sugar Factories Association Ltd. Agreement for the provision of Imperial aid towards the erection of Central Sugar Factories in the West Indies, the Association to promote a Company with a subscribed capital of not less than £300,000 for the purpose, and the British Government to provide the land adjacent to two harbours at a moderate rent and a lease of premises known as the Dockyard at English Harbour. Regulations for the sale of shares, debentures, etc.
