Description

Chelsea Hospital and the Vestry of the Borough of Chelsea. Re a piece of land fronting the river, formerly part of the Hospital property, which had been fenced in and planted by the Vestry as part of the construction of the River Embankment. Suggestion by Counsel that the Commissioners of the Hospital should not enforce their strict rights as to ownership without repaying to the Vestry the expenses they had incurred.
