Gardom, Miss Eliza Augusta dec. Charity. Le Page, John Fisher and another v. Attorney-General and others. Question as to residue of the estate after providing for the charity, whether it was intended to provide for the three daughters of Dr. Le Page as expressed by the testatrix by word of mouth, or whether it belonged to the next of kin, Miss Sarah Emily Gardom. On eventual appeal to the House of Lords, the right of next of kin upheld.
