Potteries Arbitration. Occupiers of certain Earthenware and China Factories v. H.M. Chief Inspector of Factories on behalf of the Secretary of State. As to use of lead in glazing, leading to cases of death by lead poisoning. Introduction by Home Office of regulations to lessen exposure to lead, some of which were successfully opposed by the manufacturers.
