Treasury Solicitor v. Duddell: re Queen's Park, Brighton, Sussex, mortgaged to Mrs. Helen Blake for nearly £50,000. Mrs. Blake died intestate and the Treasury Solicitor on behalf of the Crown sought repayment of the mortgage arrears from the defendant.
