Worcester, gentleman, and Thomas Tayler of Shobden, yeoman, two water-mills with adjoining land in Pembridge for thirty- one years; rent, 5l.; the lessor to occupy the premises until the lessees are sued by Rowland Davyes on a bond of 200l. of even date.
