Description

Indenture, dated 8 February, 25 Elizabeth, witnessing that Edward Foxe of Greete, esquire, and Thomas Morris of Bromfielde, yeoman, have demised to Francis Vernon of Stokesaye, gentleman, the manor of Ladyhaulghton and Hill till 23 April, 1584; rent, a peppercorn if demanded. English. Signatures of Edward Foxe and Thomas Morrice. Endorsed with signatures of witnesses.
