Covenant by Roger Hollande of Whittbatch, yeoman, that if Henry Vernon of Stokesaye, esquire, shall have demised to Rowland Hardinge the moiety of 40a. land in Dodmore within the fees of Clibbury Martimer and Staunton Lacy, he will not on that account put in execution a statute merchant acknowledged before Thomas Blashffield and John Crowther, bailiffs of Ludlowe and keepers of the greater part of the seal of the said statute, and Francis Jenkes, gen- tleman, the Queen's clerk there, and keeper of the lesser part of the same. 2 March, 28 Elizabeth.
