Description

Grant by Henry Brayn, esquire, and John Marshe, gentleman, both of London, to Richard Watley, of Bristol, brewer, and Joan his wife, of a brewhouse with three little tenements in front of it let at 6l. 10s. yearly, a tenement adjoining let at 40s, and a tenement called 'le Thre Cuppys' let at 26s. 8d, all in Wynstrete, Bristol, and a rent of 6s. 8d. charged on a tenement in Maryleport Street (vico Beate Marie de Foro), Bristol. 24 July, 38 Henry VIII. Signed: Harry Brayn, John Mershe. Endorsed with note of livery of seisin.
