Grant by Edward Gray, knight, Lord Powiss, to David ap Jevan ap Llut ap E[inu]s and his heirs male, according to the custom of Powis, of all the lands which escheated to him on the death of Llywelyn Goz ap Jevan ap Madoc ap Dio, without heirs, in his lordship of Mechen Uch Koyd, saving to him the wood and the waste, and to the said David the rocio [right to steep flax and hemp ?] estovers, and common of pasture.
