Description

Indenture of demise by John Brook, serjeant-at-law, to John Saunder, [-], his wife, and [-], their son, for their life and the life of the longest liver, of a messuage and land in Strode in the parish of Wyneford; rent, 8s. to the use of Nicholas Neuton, esquire, for all service save the King's service and the right of the Church; suit at the court of the said John and Nicholas at Shepeham; the tenants to give their best beast as a heriot, and to do all repairs, receiving housebote, heybote, firebote, and ploughbote. 20 February, 6 Henry VIII.
