Description

Quitclaim by Thomas Grene, of Kensyngton, and Matthew Clerke, of Chelcheith, to Joan late the wife of Thomas Watkyn, of their right in their place of land with houses thereon and a garden adjoining in Kensyngton, formerly of Robert Wydward, citizen and tailor of London, and Margery his wife, which they had by the gift of the said Thomas Watkyn. 2 April, 3 Henry VI.
