Description

Grant by John, son and heir of Richard Baddeby, and Marjory his wife to Thomas atte Cherche and Margaret his wife of a messuage and 2a. arable in Harengeye between the highway from London to Totenham, the bishop of Exeter's grove etc. Sunday after Candlemas, 5 Richard II. Two seals. Endorsed with condition that on the death of either of the feoffees without issue the survivor shall sell the messuage and land and pay for mass to be celebrated for a year for their souls.
