Description

Grant by William son of John de Newcastle (Novo Castello) to Richard son of Payn de Bouketon, of all his land in Foregatistrete; rent, 1d. at Midsummer. For this grant, Richard has given him 14 marks beforehand. Witnesses:—Sir Geoffrey and Sir John de Longeford, canons of St John's, Chester, Robert, vicar of St Werburgh's, Robert the chaplain, palmer (palmifero), Stephen the Saracen (sazareno), and others (named). Seal.
