Grant by Robert del Berne of Radewode to John his son of a messuage at 'le Sidewey' in the fee of Mere and of all his lands between Sidewey lane and the water of Tirne, half an assart at 'le Yunde' which he acquired from William son of Richard del Sidewey, a place of land by 'Gibbehull' which he acquired from Adam del Soler, and two royal acres of land which he acquired from Henry de Fenton, in 'Cleyfeld.' to hold to the said John and the heirs of his body; remainders in tail to William and Thomas, brothers of the said John; remainder to his own right heirs. Witnesses:—Sir Adam, rector of Mucleston, John lord of Burghton, and others (named). Monday before St George, 34 Edward III.
