Description

Chirograph indented being a defeasance of a grant by the said Robert to the said John, Joan and John's heirs, of a rent of 14d. charged on a messuage belonging to the said Robert in Grimesby, in Welhowgate, so long as the lord of the fee does not levy more than 8d. yearly on two other messuages in Welhowgate. Wednesday after Palm Sunday, 1362.
