Indenture between Thomas Bole, rector of Wodehyll, of the one part, and Thomas Fryston, Nicholas Wendour, and Richard Cros, of the other part, witnessing that he has demised to them the rectory of Wodehyll (except two rooms) and a messuage with 20a. land and meadow in Wemyngton or Wodehyll for three years from Lady Day, 1460. For this they shall pay a rent of 20 marks and bear the charges of the church. He will repair the house and walls of the rectory. Provision for the board of his father and the repayment of money lent him by the said Nicholas[-]. May, 38 Henry VI.
