Quitclaim by Roger, prior of the Holy Trinity, Bruggenorth, and his brethren, to Nicholas le Goldsmyth of the same, Juliana his wife, and William, Christian and Margery their children, for their lives in survivorship, of their right in a tenement in Bruggenorth in 'le Mulnestret,' saving a rent of 12d. heretofore due to them, and another rent due after the death of Agnes Burgeyse; the grantees not to build within four feet of the grantors' tenement, but to have any easement whereby it is not injured. Witnesses:— William de Pichford and Richard Bergham, bailiffs of Bruggenorth, and others (named). Wednesday after St Giles, 17 Edward III.
