Description

Letters from Roger Colneye, citizen and clothworker of London, appointing Thomas Stanes, his apprentice, his attorney to deliver to Margaret, late the wife of Robert Chircheman, citizen and fishmonger of London, and daughter of Joan, late the wife of William de Hanampstede, citizen and grocer of London, seisin of the tenements in le Oldechaunge opposite Carterslane in the parish of St Augustine without the gate of St Paul's, which he, together with Robert Goldsmyth, deceased, had by the gift of the said Robert and Margaret 28 June, 6 Henry IV.
