Gloucester, and Richard [-]., heirs of Thomas Perle, Philip [-]., and Hugh Sprot, citizen and merchant of London, witnessing that [the said Edward and Richard] have demised to the said Hugh a place of land in 'Mynchonlane' for 60 years. 10 March, 1393. Endorsed with a note of enrolment in the hustings-court, Monday before St Gregory, 18 Richard II.
