Grant by John de Fonte, clerk, to Margery his daughter and her heirs of all his land without Sibert's gate (portam Siberti) in the suburb of the castle of Dunheved and 6d. rent in the same town which he used to receive from the tenement which was Alan de Cokeworthi's, and all his land in the town of Lanscaveton at St Stephen, both that which descended to him from the marriage of his mother and that which he had by the gift of Richard the chaplain, his uncle; rent, to him and his heirs 1lb. cummin or 2d. at Michaelmas, for all service. Witnesses:—James la Warr, then mayor of Bristol, and others (named).
