Description

Grant by Roys daughter and heir of Robert de Puteo of the parish of 'la Doun' to John de 'la Doun' and Denise his wife of 8d. free rent with escheats which John and Richard, sons and heirs of Ralph Willeam, ought to pay her viz. at [-]. (ad mlam) for land in 'Newemannes Felde' in the north head at 'Baselinelde'; to hold to them and the heirs and assigns of John; for this they gave her 4s. beforehand, Tuesday next the feast of St Augustine the Bishop, 9 Edward II.
