Grant by Gilbert Caumbereys of the parish of Horsham to Peter de Chalkfold, for 30s. beforehand in gersum, of all the land which he had by the gift of Martin Hayne, and 2a. land which Walter Arnald gave him by charter, to wit all the land which lies between the land which Andrew Calewedon held and land of the said Gilbert, at Baddingemere, in the parish of Horsham, rendering to the chief lord the services due and accustomed and to him and his heirs a peppercorn at Easter for all service.
